The charming main bedroom boasts a King bed and TV and the pleasantly updated bathroom has a walk-in shower with a grab bar and designer features.

Our beautiful, resort-style community boasts a direct waterfront beach condo that offers breathtaking views of the Gulf waters and Intracoastal waterway. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 6th story condo is perfect for a fun, relaxing beach stay.  **Please note - the pool for the complex will be resurfaced and all new pavers installed for a couple of months this winter. The pool will be closed Sep 1st, 2023 til Feb 1, 2024. Pricing will reflect a discount due to this beautification. 
 
One of the many highlights of this condo is the north-facing private balcony, which can be easily accessed from both the living room and the Owner’s Suite. This 24-foot balcony is shaded and usable all day, inviting you to relax and enjoy the gentle breeze while watching boats slowly meander by, an occasional dolphin, and even the sun rise and set!
 
The condo has been beautifully renovated and the galley kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including solid surface Corian countertops & integrated sink, large refrigerator with an ice maker, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, and bakeware.
 
The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with a king bed and private bathroom in one and a double and a twin bed in the other. An air mattress is also available for an extra guest. You'll love the peacefulness of the concrete flooring between units above and below, ensuring a quiet and restful night's sleep.
 
Bay Shores Tennis & Yacht Club is situated on 4.5 acres of Intracoastal Waterway frontage and directly across the street from the beach. Enjoy our waterfront heated pool and spa, tiki bar, onsite fishing pier, boat slips, picnic gazebos, shuffleboard court, 3000 Sq Ft Rooftop Sundeck, and observation deck with views for miles. We also have 4 Lighted Tennis Courts, Pickleball, & Putting Green, as well as a clubhouse, sauna facilities, and designated areas for bikes and kayak/paddle board storage.

This Beach Condo is a ground floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach condo (1200 sq ft) located in a small desirable complex directly on the beach in Indian Rocks Beach. Our semi-private section of the beach is steps away from this unit. Pack up your chairs and umbrella and you are off for a relaxing day in the sand and waves. Spend your time relaxing in the sun, going for a walk along the shoreline, shelling, and swimming in the Gulf.

The bedrooms were just upgraded to a wood plank porcelain tile. The Kitchen is well stocked, very open, and has most items you might need during your stay, including a full-size stove, microwave, and coffee maker. The full-size living room, and separate den/reading room both overlook the condo's private patio.

The Master Bedroom has a new king-size bed, with a dresser and TV. The 2nd bedroom has a new full-size bed with Armoire and 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with a dresser and the 2nd full bathroom. There is a guest closet in the hallway and two ACs to keep the over 1200 sq feet of living space cool and providing plenty of room.

The pool and hot tub, and the large paver deck area with plentiful lounge chairs offer plenty of seating while enjoying the great Florida outdoors. With 2 large patio tables umbrellas, fun family meals in wet bathing suits can keep the fun continuing. The natural gas grill by the pool is great for those evenings you feeling like eating in! Sunset Paradise is a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends making memories that you'll cherish and share for years.
This beach condo is not overlooking the Gulf, but is connected to the beach sand by walking through the pool area to the private beach access.

Along with new paint inside and out, the condo's kitchen has beautiful white cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and all the essentials needed for your stay. There is bar/dining with seating for up to 5 for those meals that you plan to dine in after a fun day on the shore. This beach rental Shore is ready for your memories to be made!

Beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, small cooler and a couple fun sand items are provided and ready for you to enjoy out on the shoreline.
