This first-floor well-appointed beach condo sits between the white sands of Indian Shores Beach and the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway. Relax in the large, heated resort-style pool along the water, enjoy the private fishing dock and gas grills, and use the pedestrian crosswalk across Gulf Blvd directly to Barefoot's beach access to the relaxing waves. The condo's full-size kitchen has all the amenities including an oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The decor is on-trend, and our new sofa, new bed, and coastal vibe invite you back after fun along the shoreline. Save room in your luggage knowing beach towels, a couple of beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are provided. Other beach condos in the complex charge additionally for these essential items, which we provide complimentary to our guests. This spacious One Bedroom can sleep up to four with a Queen bed in the bedroom and the brand new Queen-sized sleeper sofa.

This desirable section of Indian Shores beach is great for doing several things or doing nothing. You can relax in the quiet tranquility while you refill your go-tank, or jump on a trolley, Uber or walk to delicious nearby restaurants, Putt-Putt, shops, and parks. You can venture South to explore the famous John's Pass and Shell Key or spend the day North to Dunedin and into Caladesi Island for shelling to Honeymoon Island. We'd be happy to host your experience and help you take home some great memories...even a few seashells.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
